The Church Shop is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you or your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, The Provider Shop offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by completed the "Contact" form below and provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. You may send video via the Submit issue form.
Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, The Provider Shop will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged or misprinted, then please get in touch with a photo within two weeks time!
Wrong size or color:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
Once an order is completed, the sale is final. We usually begin the fulfillment processes within 24 hours of purchase.
If there is a reason you need a refund and we have not started printing, we have the right to refund your order minus transition fees (~3.5%). Get in touch with us ASAP at our Contact Form and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

We don’t offer refunds for:
• Annual plans canceled after 14 days following the first payment
• Monthly plans
• Renewal payments - 10 days before an annual subscription renews, we'll send you a renewal reminder email. If you don’t want your subscription to renew automatically, you can disable auto-renew.
